Hi, I’m Jake Tolman — founder of Mainform Consulting, where we help colleges and universities achieve world-class operational excellence through systems-first thinking, project discipline, and human-centered change.
For a decade, I’ve led major EdTech transformations across multiple institutions — including CRM rollouts, SIS migrations, data warehouse builds, LMS onboarding, and enterprise-wide change initiatives. An MBA grad with certifications in PMP, CSPO, and PROSCI, I bring a potent and adaptable blend of structure, agility, and empathy to every engagement.
But tools and timelines only matter if they serve your mission. That’s why my approach centers on building trust through integrity, intent, competence, and results. I partner with campus leaders to untangle complexity, align technology with purpose, and empower teams to move with clarity and conviction.
